Privacy Policy

At Kythia, your privacy is our top priority. We do not collect, harvest, upload, or sell any of your personal data, telemetry, clipboard history, databases, or code.

Kythia Suite and its ecosystem apps (such as Kythia Snappy and Workspace) perform all operations locally on your machine. Features like Optical Character Recognition (OCR), file conversions, and database queries are executed natively without communicating with external servers.

Your Kythia user profile, including XP, Level, and Coins, is stored exclusively on your local machine. We do not track your gamification progress on any external database. This means if you uninstall Kythia Suite without backing up your local application data, your progress cannot be restored by us.

The only external network requests Kythia Suite makes are to GitHub's public APIs. This is strictly required to fetch release information, changelogs, and to download installation packages (.msi) when you initiate an app update or installation from the App Launcher.
